Staff report; <br /> Senior Planner Passanisi presented the staff report and recapped the discussion of the <br /> March 2, 1998 Council Meeting. He showed overheads of Area H and the common <br /> areas which are the subject of the proposed amendments to the Development <br /> Agreement. He reconfirmed that these proposed changes would in no way affect the <br /> Electronic Arts project. <br /> 2. Continued open public hearing to hear additional public comments. <br /> At 9:29 p.m., Mayor Howard announced the Council would hear public comments. <br /> Michael Gibson, representing the Shores Business Center Association, reiterated the <br /> Association's support for both proposed amendments to the Development Agreement. <br /> 3.
