PUBLIC HEARING on appeals of Shorebreeze Associates and Flatirons, Inc., <br /> continued open from the March 2, 1998 Council Meeting (100) <br /> Affidavit of Notice of Continued Open Public Hearing on file in City Clerk Department. <br /> Public Hearing on the appeals of Shorebreeze Associates and Flatirons, Inc. to amend an <br /> approved Planned Development Permit and Development Agreement for a 1,000,000 <br /> square foot office building complex, ("Electronic Arts Campus"), located at the northeast <br /> corner of Redwood Shores Parkway and Twin Dolphin Drive - Shorebreeze Associates <br /> and Flatirons Inc. appellants; <br /> Location -- 209 Redwood Shores Parkway. "CP" (Commercial Park District) and "PO" <br /> (Professional Office District.) APN 095-233-130, 095-221-080 (-90,100, 110.) <br /> 1. Staff report; <br /> Senior Planner Passanisi presented the staff report and recapped the discussion of the <br /> March 2, 1998 Council Meeting. He showed overheads of Area H and the common <br /> areas which are the subject of the proposed amendments to the Development <br /> Agreement. He reconfirmed that these proposed changes would in no way affect the <br /> Electronic Arts project. <br /> 2. Continued open public hearing to hear additional public comments. <br /> At 9:29 p.m., Mayor Howard announced the Council would hear public comments. <br /> Michael Gibson, representing the Shores Business Center Association, reiterated the <br /> Association's support for both proposed amendments to the Development Agreement. <br /> 3.
