She thanked <br /> Library Director Chen and her staff including Gail McPartland for all their work on the <br /> Site over the years. Haygood, April 5, 1998 <br /> Traffic Engineer Haygood presented the staff report and advised that the City had <br /> contracted with Meyer, Mohaddes Associates, traffic consultants, to assist in investigating <br /> and analyzing the requests from residents and property managers for installation of all-way <br /> stop signs at several locations in Redwood Shores. Engineer Haygood described the staff <br /> presentations at the Redwood Shores Owners Homeowners Association Board Meeting <br /> and the Redwood Shores Owners Association Board Meeting. <br /> Traffic Engineer Haygood said that staffs recommendations were based on the <br /> engineering criteria, the CaiTrans criteria, for stop signs and for arterials and major <br /> collectors which would include Redwood Shores Parkway and Marine Parkway.
