Vice Mayor Ruskin said he hoped that Mr. <br /> Anthony would continue being a positive force in the community. <br /> MIS: HARTNETT/IRA TO ACCEPT THE RESIGNATION OF JOHN A. Accept the resignation of Lorianna Kastrop from the Housing and Human Concerns <br /> Commission with sincere regret and deepest appreciation for her service to the community; <br /> (209) <br /> Mayor Howard advised that Mrs. Kastrop had been elected to the Redwood City <br /> Elementary School District and would continue to serve the best interests of the City.
