Some of them are angle parking, some of them <br /> are parallel parking. Is that a problem at all, or are we just talking about meter zones. <br /> The nodding of the heads means, just meter zones. So, the developer could go ahead <br /> and put in the striping and all this sort of thing? MATTERS OF COUNCIL INTEREST <br /> This item limited to fifteen minutes. <br /> A. Councilwoman Buehan described the Friendly Acres Neighborhood Association meeting <br /> she and Vice Mayor Ruskin attended last week, and the information about El Nino that <br /> was disseminated. She also described the Neighborhood Patrol Project, where the <br /> neighbors work in partnership with the Police Department to help patrol the neighborhood <br /> with a car marked Neighborhood Patrol, radios, and cell phones. Problems are reported to <br /> the Police Department, the program worked very well on Halloween, and it will be <br /> expanded next year to other Neighborhoods. <br /> Councilwoman Buchan announced that there would be a Redwood Oaks Neighborhood <br /> Association meeting, Tuesday, November 18, 1997,7:30 p.m. at the Sequoia YMCA, and <br /> a Centennial Neighborhood Association meeting on November 25,1997. <br /> B. Viee Mayor Ruskin said the City is doing a good job with repairing sidewalks and <br /> replacing damaged trees, and an excellent job with residents.
