This item was removed ITom the Consent Calendar by Mayor Hartnett for consideration at <br /> this time. <br /> Authorizing the City of Belmont to be the Lead Agency for Processing an ErR for the <br /> Oracle Project in Belmont and Redwood City which includes a pedestrian bridge over <br /> Belmont Slough which will connect to the existing Oracle complex in Redwood City; and <br /> a 143,500 sq. ft. office to be built on Lot B-l04 which is in Redwood City, but is accessed <br /> through Belmont. (304) <br /> REPORT: Senior Planner Passanisi, January 6, 1997 <br /> In response to Mayor Hartnett's questions, City Manager Everett explained that the <br /> City of Belmont was planning to do an EIR on 3 parcels of Belmont land and wanted to <br /> include an adjoining 4th parcel which was actually in Redwood City. Belmont will conduct <br /> traffic studies of the 4 parcels, as traffic to the subject properties will travel through <br /> Belmont City streets.
