MIG F 8.A. - Page 161
City of Redwood City Revised Elm Auaenaurn
January 22, 2014 Page 1-2
lease to the general public, including but not limited to project residents. In addition, all
boat slip lessees (including non-project resident lessees) would have complete access
and use of the project clubhouse, clubhouse amenities, and pool and spa facilities. The
project would include up to 33 additional parking spaces for boat slip lessees per City
requirements (0.5 per slip); the parking spaces would be located on the top deck of the
project's parking garage, with boat lessees accessing the garage via a key fob. This
project revision would not result in any new or more severe environmental impacts
compared to those identified in the 2003 EIR.
(4) Compared to the 2012 project, the parking garage would include 46 additional
parking spaces on the top deck of the project's parking garage, in part to accommodate
boat slip lessees (see item 3 above). The addition of the 46 parking spaces would not
increase the height of the garage, nor would this project revision result in any new or
more severe environmental impacts compared to those identified in the 2003 EIR.
Please see Figure 2.15 (Current Pete's Harbor Project--Building Sections A and B) in
section 2 (Proposed Project Changes) of this Addendum.
(5) Compared to the 2012 project, the applicant-supplied building elevations for the
proposed 10-plex buildings have been revised, resulting in a potential maximum increase
in height of about 4 feet, 6 inches (from 40 feet, 6 inches previously to up to 45 feet
currently). However, the proposed buildings would still fit within the same building
footprints and allowable height limit (75 feet) of the previously proposed buildings, (b)
still would include ten residential units in each building, and (c) are still subject to City-
required design review, as described in Mitigation 5-6 in this Addendum. The resulting
visual impact would continue to be less-than-significant.
Please see Figure 2.17 (Current Pete's Harbor Project--10-Plex Building Elevations) in
section 2 (Proposed Project Changes) of this Addendum.
(6) The nearby One Marina project under construction and partially occupied has now
been permitted for a total of 249 multifamily residential units. At the time of the 2012
Addendum, One Marina had been permitted for 231 units. This revision would not result
in any new or more severe environmental impacts compared to those identified in the
2003 EIR.
The above project revisions are reflected throughout this revised Addendum as
necessary to comprehensively evaluate potential environmental impacts in light of the
previously certified Marina Shores Village EIR and previously prepared Addendum No. 1
(Peninsula Park) and initial Addendum No. 2 (Pete's Harbor).
T.110695 Pete's Harbor EIR Addendumlrevised addendum no 211(10695-01).doc
