Annual General Plan Progress Report for Calendar Year 2013 <br /> 2013 <br /> Program Number Program Description Status Date Completed 2013 Update co <br /> Program H-7 Density Bonus Ordinance I/A No change since 2012.The Density Bonus Ordinance has been adopted.(Article 32.19) <br /> i) <br /> Co <br /> 0) <br /> Program H-8 Development on Larger Lots C/A 07/02/05 Ordinance No. 1130.349 was adopted by Redwood City in 2010.This zoning ordinance <br /> Cn <br /> in R2 Zone amendment clarifies that multi-family housing(and not just duplexes and triplexes)is allowed to <br /> be constructed on lots of sufficient size in the R-2 Zone. <br /> Program H-9 Plan for the Adequate I/O The City requires large developments to dual plumb for recycled water and monitors large <br /> Provision of Water development water use.Implementation and education efforts are ongoing. <br /> Program H-10 Site Improvements and Fees C/A The City offers exemptions to park impact fees,reduced traffic impact fees,and in-lieu fee options <br /> for utility undergrounding for affordable housing. <br /> Program H-11 Permit Processing I/O The City continues to identify methods for permit streamlining.
