Annual General Plan Progress Report for Calendar Year 2013 <br /> 2013 <br /> Program Number Program Description Status Date Completed 2013 Update <br /> Program H-15 Fair Housing Services I/O The City provides federal Community Development Block Grant(CDBG)entitlement funds <br /> annually to Project Sentinel to provide fair housing services to the community and provides <br /> information and referral services at City Hall(CDD-Housing staff),the Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> and on the City website(housing section). In 2013,the City also completed a new Analysis of <br /> Impediments(Al)to Fair Housing and will complete an Al Action Plan in early 2014. <br /> Program H-16 Reasonable Accommodation C/A The City is in the process of adopting a Reasonable Accommodation Ordinance.
