Annual General Plan Progress Report for Calendar Year 2013 <br /> 2013 <br /> Program Number Program Description Status Date Completed 2013 Update co <br /> Program BC-6 Public Use of Private and I/O An example of the"quasi-private"use of land is the use of the Hetch-Hetchy SFPUC Right-Of-Way 1 D <br /> Quasi-Private Properties for parkland space. The City is currently working with SFPUC on restoring Linden Park,which is on <br /> Liability Issues their property. The City held three community meetings(with neighbors),has developed a >y <br /> conceptual plan,and is working with SFPUC's Project Review Committee on gaining approval for CD <br /> the concept plan. The City expects to reach that by early 2014 and start construction by mid 2014. <br /> Program BC-7 Creative Parkland Options I/O The City has been pursuing alternative park land options including,but not limited to,redesign of <br /> parks,anticipating Inner Harbor park opportunities,and a public floating dock once public input <br /> has been heard and accepted. <br /> Urban and Natural Trail Connections <br /> Program BC-8 Hetch Hetchy Easement Trail C None,permit denied SFPUC denied the permit for the public use for Pipeline 3,4. The City has a plan in place for <br /> Plan traffic/safety improvements with crossings of current open areas along the pipeline. <br /> Program BC-9 Redwood Creek Boat Access TBI No work to date. <br /> Program BC-10 Bay Trail Interagency I/O The City continues to look for opportunities to connect the Bay Trail,specifically when discussing <br /> Consultation private development opportunities. <br /> Recreation and Human Services <br /> Program BC-11 Recreation and Human I/O The Human Services Manager has been working with a number of Foundations to support/sustain <br /> Services Program and Staff Information and Referral Services. New grant approvals allowed for Public Allies interns to work <br /> Expansion for the Human Services Unit. <br /> Program BC-12 Parks,Recreation,and I/O 1. The PRCS section was completed for the City's Annual Report 2. Monthly Reporting and Annual <br /> Community Services Annual Reports have been produced. 3.
