Date will be selected later. <br /> PLANNING CONMISSION�S RECOMIUIENDATION regarding adoption of plan lines for Marshall Street. <br /> The Planning Commission recommended setting of official plan lines for the extension of <br /> Marshall Street as per the map entitled "Official Plan Lines Marshall Streett'. Council- <br /> man Spillers moved approval, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE ALL C-3 lots on southerly side of Bayshore <br /> Highwag between Marsh Road and Second Avenue to C-3-H. Councilman Spillers moved ap- <br /> �� <br /> proval of the Planning Commission�s recommendation, also moved introduction of the <br /> necessary ordinance, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. <br /> �_� <br /> COUNCILNiAN GRANGER SUGGESTED THAT ACTION BE TAKEN WITH REFERENCE TO MARSH ROAD AND BAY ROAD <br /> as recently discussed in connection with Johnson & Johnson plant. Couricilman Royer <br /> stated he was to meet these people very soon. <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION�S RECOMMENDATION TO REZONE KERTZ PROPERTY ON VALOTA ROAD AND WOODSIDE ROAD <br /> from R-3 to C-1-H sub�ect to certain conditions. The Planning Cormnission recommended <br /> approval subject to the following �conditions: <br /> l. That the applicant petition for an assessment district covering only his <br /> property to provide for a service road, and other required improvements <br /> prior �o approval of any rezoning. <br /> 2.
