City Sngineer Jain advised th at the <br /> � <br /> bridge was still under construction, that in hia opinion there �as no obstruction in <br /> .r� <br /> the channel and at any rate the responsibility was �ith the City of San Carlos, who <br /> also received a copy of the above mentioned letter. Then Pollowed a discussion of <br /> boundaries of this City and the City of .3 an Carlos as to WHETHER OR NOT THE BOUNDARY <br /> was the center of the creek or whether there was a strip oP property in this area "'� <br /> �'no man�s Land" . The. State is now leasing this property to the Ci.ty for �50 per year. The <br /> committee consisting of the City Engineer, City Attorney and the City Manager �nere <br /> directed to contact the State in an effort to get a commitment from them in �rhich they <br /> will agree not to dispose of the property to any other person or agenc�.
