Counci].man Granger stated his opinion that traffic should not be halted on Hopkins Avenue but that rather traffic should be stopped at Elwood an d Dua.ne Streets. Councilman Royer favored tryin� out the sug�estion stating that the people in tha area were asking for som� relief. It was Counciln3an Britschgi�s opinion that safety of children crossing Hopins Avenue would benefit by the suggested plan. Motion carried, Councilman Granger voting N0.
