Councilman Stout moved approval, seconded by Councilman Royer. Counci].man <br /> Granger stated his opinion that traffic should not be halted on Hopkins Avenue but that <br /> rather traffic should be stopped at Elwood an d Dua.ne Streets. Councilman Royer favored <br /> tryin� out the sug�estion stating that the people in tha area were asking for som� relief. <br /> It was Counciln3an Britschgi�s opinion that safety of children crossing Hopins Avenue <br /> would benefit by the suggested plan.
