That the War Memorial Committee be authorized to proceed wi th <br /> a master plan for the complete -ll�ar Memorial, with off street <br /> � parking, including development of the ten acre parcel of pro- <br /> perty set aside for War Mem�orial purpoaes, the lines of which <br /> are to be defined by your honorable bod�r. <br /> 2. That the master plan considered provide for the use of t�ie fac- <br /> ilities by organizations and the general public, in addition <br /> to veteran groups. <br /> 3. That the Committee be empowered to select an architect to pre- <br /> pare the plan. <br /> 4. That the War �emorial Commi�tee present to �ou for approval <br /> A. A master plan with estimated cost. <br /> B. Plans with estimated cost of the firs'� <br /> phase of construction. <br /> C. Plsns with estimated cost on each successive <br /> phase of the entire constructioa project. " <br /> 5.
