1 `?1 PROPRIE3'ORS OF AC� MACHINE CO�PANY, located on the proposed Industrial Way, stated that they were prepared to submit to the Building Inspeetor a request for a_ BLTILD�NG PERMTT which would enable them to ENLARGE THEIR PREMISES to take care of additional equipment. The� contend that they have cooperated for many months but to date have accomplished nothing. They further s�ated that they are prepared, if necessary, to take legal steps to protect � their interest in this matter. Councilman Royer stated that his Committee would meet with �"" City Engineer to study the matter and would come up with the answer this areek. Ii�AR ME�ORIAL GOMMITTEE, FERRIS I�ILES, CHAIRMAN. Ferris Miles appeared vrith the m�embera of his Committee to submit their recommendationa as follows: �.•. 1. That the War Memorial Committee be authorized to proceed wi th a master plan for the complete -ll�ar Memorial, with off street � parking, including development of the ten acre parcel of pro- perty set aside for War Mem�orial purpoaes, the lines of which are to be defined by your honorable bod�r. 2. That the master plan considered provide for the use of t�ie fac- ilities by organizations and the general public, in addition to veteran groups. 3. That the Committee be empowered to select an architect to pre- pare the plan. 4. That the War �emorial Commi�tee present to �ou for approval A. A master plan with estimated cost. B. Plans with estimated cost of the firs'� phase of construction. C. Plsns with estimated cost on each successive phase of the entire constructioa project. " 5. That the present tax be continued to accumulate fund� for Wer Ademorial purposes until all construction on the master plan *" has been completed. ;,�,,, 6.
