Agenda August 23rd.
REPORT - COUNCILMAN JONES RE: LEABILITY INSURANCE. Councilman Jones secured the information that
leability and property damage to protect the City when allowing outside organizations use
of city property, such as the Easter Bowl, would cost approximately 50.40, covering property
damage of 5,000.00 and 100,000.00 liability insurance. It developed that the use of City
facilities where no admission was charged are protected by the City=s present coverage.
