Councilman Herkner suggested that in view of the <br /> � <br /> fact that cost of the work being done at night would increase the cost and also the <br /> fact that originall�, work was to be done at ni�ht so that traffic would not be inter- <br /> ferred with around Christmas time, possibly the work could be done during the day as <br /> is done in other cities. City �r�gineer Jain was of the opinion that approximately <br /> �300 cast would be well worth while under the conditions which would necessit�te re- <br /> routing traffic during the construction period.
