City Attorney Currie, in reply to the ""�" <br /> Council� s quest�on, stated that any changes to be made in eonnection wi th this ordinance �,..:�. <br /> should be made after the ordinance is in effect. Ar�y change made now would result in an <br /> additional cnst of approximately �60.00 to the City. He stated further that since the ordi- <br /> nance would not be in effect for thirty days no one could violate the ordinance.
