Mr. Sproul stated that he had a pencil sketch and he would like to have <br /> Mr. Jain and I�r. Adamson check his plan which would be �2,000.00 cheaper than their pre- <br /> sent plan, and his method could be done in three weeks thus cutting down two months from <br /> the present plan. He sug�ested that fill be used in place of piles.
