Mayor Granger was of the <br /> opinion that a sample light standard could be set up possibly on Broadwa�r where the prop- <br /> erty owners could see the results and the improvement. City Engineer Jain stated that <br /> the recent installation on E1 Camino Real f'rom Broadway to Brewster Avenue would give an <br /> excellent idea of the improvement in the lighting system upon install.ation of the new <br /> type luminaires. The comrnittee will go to San Mateo to see the new modern system re- <br /> cently installed there. <br /> MAYOR GRAi�TGER REQUESTED THAT SONIETHTNG BE DONE REGARDING SIDEWALKS ON WOODSIDE ROAD across <br /> from Woodside School, possibly redrock to be furniahed by property owners and spread and <br /> � - rolled by the City. Councilman Spillers moved that the City Mana�er contact the property <br /> ,� , owners on Woodside Road from Hess Road to Hudson Street in an effort ta secure an agree- <br /> ment from them to pay for materials, City to spread and roll same, seconded by Council- <br /> man Herkner and carried. <br /> MAYOR GRANGER STATED THAT SEVERAL COMPLAINTS HAD BEEN RECEIVED BECAUSE QF INTERFERENCE OF THE <br /> MARKS' RADIO TRANSMITTAL. Ae stated that recently he had received a report on the height <br /> of the tower but was now requesting information as to the overall hei�it of the antenna <br /> carrying the 75 meter band transmitting.
