Councilman <br /> Stout moved that letter be referred to the City Engineer, seconded by Councilman Britschgi <br /> and carried. <br /> L. M. REED REGARDING RADIO TOWER ON CITY PROPERTY ADJACENT TO REDWOOD CITY MOTEL .AND TRAILER PAR�£. <br /> Mr. Reed advised that he erected the tower not knowin that the ad acent """� ' <br /> g j property was even- <br /> tually to become a street. He requests that he be allowed to continue with this tower with "'�"' � <br /> the understanding that he will remove said tower at any time on 24 hour notice, also that <br /> he will carry insurance if the Council so desires. City Engineer Jain advised that this <br /> was an unimproved street and no particular hazard at this time. Councilman Ro�er moved � <br /> that City Attorney prepare the necessary agreement to protect the City, seconded by Coun- �; <br /> cilman Britschgi and carried. <br /> RESOLIITION OF REDWOOD CITY {KON�N�S CLUB REGARDING PICK-UP SERVICE. Councilman Granger moved that <br /> the City Manager develop the cost figures and submit same to the club so that they mag under- <br /> stand the cost of such a pro3ect, motion seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. <br /> APPOINT ACTING MAYOR TO �FFICIATE FRO� OCTOBER 17th TO 20th INCLUSIiTE. Councilman Britschgi <br /> mo�ed that Chief S. D. Wood act as 11+1ayor until the return of the Mayor.
