Mr. Ortega called attention to his appearance before the Council on August 23, <br /> 19�1}, at which time he was granted a �eater conneetion subject to permission from the County <br /> to construct a septic tank. Subsequently he was notified by Water Superintendent V�inter <br /> that his records indieated water service was originally applied for to serve Lot l}�. and <br /> a portion of Lot 43. He was advised fur�her that in the opinion of the City Attorney he <br /> should obtain permission from the prese�t owner of Lot I�} for exclusive use of this serv- <br /> ice. The present owners are R. & H. Carlson who have refused to sign a release. Mr. �lin- <br /> � <br /> terts contention is th at should the water service be given to Mr. Ortega there is a possi- <br /> bility that the Carlsons would demand a connection at later date.
