Mr. Ippolito appeared and stated that inasmuch as the State would not request the Joint Pole Association to move poles because the property involved �vas privately owned, sug- gest�d that a petition be circulated and all property owners agree to furnishing a temporarg easement upon which t he poles could be located. He stated specifically that � � it should be understood that this temporary easement would have no bearing upon the f�,i.ture widening of Woodaide Road and the amount property owners should receive for the property sold to the State. City Attorney Currie was of the opinion that this mat- ter should be investigated very carefull� as the property owners mi.ght be surrendering their rights in the matter by granting a temporary easement. A�'ter further discussion Councilma.n Herkner moved that the matter be placed on the agenda for two weeks, Febru- ary 8th, Nlr. Ippolito in the meantime to contact City Attorney and discuss the matter fully and secure his assistance in preparing the petition. Motion seconded by Coun- cilman �oyer and carried. Correction of any defects in workmanship and materials which may appear within one year. 2. Councilman Royer has received several inquiries relating to this matter, however, the commi�tee was of the opinion that when there was greater need for ground in that area the relationship between the School and the City was such th at the plan co uld be realized at that time.
