City Atto�rney Currie advised that a green zone� as defined in the Traffic <br /> �rdinance was for twenty (20) minute periods. a A twelve (lZ) minute zone would require an <br /> amendment to the ordinance. Captain Faulstich is of �he opinion that the twenty (20) minute <br /> zone would be satisfactory, however, he su�gested a twelve (12) minute metered zone should <br /> be considered at a later date. Councilman Royer moved that the area for a distance of <br /> forty (�}0) feet on the south side of Fuller Street west from the intersection of Warren St- <br /> reet and for a distance of forty (�.0) feet on �he west side of Warren Street south from <br /> the intersection of Fuller Street be zoned on a twenty (20) minute basis. Motion seconded <br /> by Councilman Stout and carried. <br /> AUTHORIZE L. P. HOCKENSMITH REBUILD BERTH #33 YACHT HARBOR AT OWN EXPENSE. The commission re- <br /> corr�nends that he be permitted to rebuild #33 Pa�ing the usual rental fees.
