N1r. Ho�►ell called <br /> attention to recent water connections which were granted as hardship cases brou�t on <br /> by the failure of wells. He suggested that hereafter the Council request a letter from ""`� <br /> a competent well driller certifing to the failure of the well before granting the water � <br /> connection. He also suggested the possibility of the Cotanty establ ishing more stringent <br /> requ3rements in connection with testing of wells. Councilman Britschgi was of t he opinion <br /> that Mr. Howellts letter needed further clarification and suggested that he or one of his ,,.,,� <br /> representatives meet with the Council to discuss the matter. It was also decided that here- <br /> � <br /> after the Health Department will be asked to send a representative when a' matter of mutual <br /> interest appears on our agenda.
