SIFFORD TO REZONE Lots 3 and 4� Block 9� Kensington Square (southwest corner of Jefferson Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas) from R-1 to C-1-H, two public hearings, no protests . Mr. Jack � � Perrins of 3221 Jefferson Avenue appeared to protest the rezoning, it being his con- tention that location of a service station on the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas would devaluate his property immediately adjacent. Mr. Perrins was of the opinion that the entire block facing Jefferson Avenue should be rezoned to '"'� • business rather than Lots 3 and 4 located on the corner of Jefferson Avenue and Alameda •� de las Pulgas . Mr. Perrins stated that he had not protested at the Planning Commission as he did not feel that his protest would have had any bearing . Mrs. Winifred Perrins also protested against what she called sFot zoning.
