Inasmuch as <br /> this plan involves and would of necessity be located on City of San Francisco prop- � <br /> erty it was decided that City Manager Rolison would discuss ti�e matter �vith Mr. � <br /> Adamson and they in turn would discuss the matte� with San Franciseo officisls. <br /> ATTORNEY W. H. THORPE APPEARED IN REGARD TO Tf3E CAR STORAGE LOT OF FERRIS MILES ODT HELLER <br /> STREET. Mr. �orpe stated the Planning Commission had granted a nex revocsble permit <br /> subject to certain conditions which were noW under way, a fence, bumper strip, etc. <br /> In his opinion the original permit should be revoked by the Council as suggested by <br /> the Planning Co�ission. Councilman Spillers so moved, seconded by Councilman Royer <br /> and carried. <br /> CITY ENGINEER JAIN REQ.ARDING ACQUISITIOAi OF PROPERTY FOR EXTENSION OF I1�lRSHALL STREET TO <br /> MAIDi STREET. Mr. Jain stated that a Gas Taa Pro�ect in the amount of �10,000 was set <br /> up in the 1953-5� meawrandum agreement for this purpose and it was his though� that <br /> it might be necessary to set up additior�al €unds in the 195�}-55 Gas Tax Budget if an � <br /> appraisal of the necessar•y property so indicated. Mr. Jain stated there was some ,,,,,r„� <br /> indication of building in the a,rea, however the City Attorney suggested that the first <br /> action should be to esta.blish official plan lines to be follo�ed by securing the <br /> necessarg appraisal. � <br /> CITY AZTORNEY CURRIE VfTAS OF 2HE OPINION THE RIGHT-OF-WAY CHANNEL for the relocation of the <br /> creek and the Marshall Street extension eould bery properly be tied in toge�her. <br /> This was placsd on the agenda. <br /> MR. JACRmdAN, 32 ALMEDA DE LAS PULaA3, ADDRESSED THE COIINCIL REGARDING TI3EIR <br /> RETAINING WALL and arere advised that City pttorney Currie vras preparing the necessar�r <br /> agreement, ph3ch, the City Attorney stated was binding to the present property owner, <br /> only. He stated that he would be unable to devise an agreement �ryich �rould be binding <br /> on the property if' sold. Mr. and Mrs. Jackman were adviaed that they could stop in at <br /> � <br /> the City Attorne�ts office by Thursday or Friday and sign the agreement. <br /> � <br /> PENINSULA C N IC LEAGUE, INC. , P.O. BOX 1008, Redwood City, request the Councilts coopera- <br /> tion Public F orum, Frida;�, January 15th, on the proposed Charter Amendments. The <br /> Council was agreeable to holding the Public Forum aa suggested and the Department <br /> Heads will be notified to be preaent at that meeting.
