An Ordinance Adding Article XI (Recycling and Salvaging of <br /> Construction and Demolition Debris) to Chapter 9 (Buildings) of the <br /> City's Municipal Code (305) <br /> Mr. Bill Ekern, Community Development Director, noted that this is a Draft Ordinance <br /> being brought for guidance from the City Council before the final ordinance is brought <br /> back. This is to set a construction debris goal of 60 percent. This provides the ability to <br /> collect a charge to ensure contractors do follow through.
