7. The Contractor shall construct the project in compliance with CAL-OSHA Safety <br /> Orders. <br /> 8. Damage to existing structure, facilities or other property caused by the Contractor <br /> shall be restored to original condition or replaced at the Contractor's expense, <br /> prior to final inspection and acceptance. <br /> 9. The Contractor shall take appropriate steps to prevent airborne dust due to work <br /> under this contract. Contractor shall remove and dispose at his cost, dirt, debris, <br /> waste and rubbish from the work area and construction site. The site shall be <br /> cleaned thoroughly after construction. <br /> 10. The Contractor shall complete the work within ninety (90) Calendar Days. <br /> 11. The Contractor shall provide as-built or record drawings of the completed work. <br /> Submit three (3) project closeout binders with construction plans (hard copies <br /> plus pdf files), RFI's, submittal information, operation and maintenance manuals <br /> for the project. <br /> 12. The Contractor shall provide training on installed systems after installation is <br /> complete. A final walkthrough shall be conducted with City staff and any <br /> construction issues shall be mitigated. <br /> 13. The Contractor shall pay their employees performing labor under this Contract <br /> salaries or wages at least equal to the generat prevailing wage rates. Certified <br /> payrolls shall be provided with progress payments requests. <br /> 12 <br />
