Task 2.13 — Additional Work for Bi -weekly Progress and Other Special Meetings: <br />Consultant shall prepare an agenda for each bi-weekly progress meeting and other <br />special meetings as necessary and distribute to attendees at least one (1) day before <br />the meeting. All meetings, except those that may be noted in the Contract Documents <br />will be conducted by Consultant with meeting minutes prepared and issued within three <br />(3) days of the meetings. Action items will be summarized and "ball in courts" will be <br />assigned and tracked by Consultant until resolution or completion of the item. <br />Deliverable: Meeting Agenda and Minutes <br />Schedule: Within 3 days of bi-weekly meeting <br />Task Budget: <br />Position Hourly Rate Estimated HoursAmount <br />Construction Manager $ 177.00 1 $ 177.00 <br />Inspector $ 123.00 40 $ 4,920.00 <br />TOTAL $ 5,097.00 <br />Task 2.14 — Additional Work for Construction CPM Schedule & Updating Review: <br />Consultant shall review the Baseline CPM Construction Schedule prepared by the <br />Contractor to review for completeness and confirmation of the project time frames, <br />constraints, and required activities to be performed by the Contractor and the Design <br />Engineer. Upon obtaining an acceptable Baseline Schedule, monthly updates from the <br />Contractor will be reviewed by Consultant to determine accuracy of the as -built <br />condition and that the remaining portions of work are adequately planned. If the <br />schedule shows slippage by more than what is allowed by the Contract Documents, <br />Consultant shall take action to obtain a Recovery Schedule that will bring the project <br />completion back to the accepted dates and durations. Associated with this effort will be <br />the weekly issuance by the Consultant to the Contractor of the Weekly Statement of <br />Contract Time that will document work days/calendar days, weather or other impacts, <br />and the overall progress of work to document weekly progress. <br />Deliverable: Updated Schedule and Weekly Statement of Contract Time <br />Schedule: Throughout project as needed, weekly at a minimum <br />Task Budaet: <br />Position Hourly Rate Estimated Hours Amount <br />Construction Manager $ 177.00 1 $ 177.00 <br />Inspector $ 123.00 14 $ 2,952.00 <br />TOTAL $ 3,129.00 <br />Task 2.15 - Additional Work for Change Order Management: Consultant shall track <br />Potential Change Orders (PCOs) from their inception, usually at the RFI stage, Owner <br />initiated stage, or if a formal Change Order Request is obtained from the Contractor. <br />The PCO Log will be generated in MS Access by Consultant and will track the item, <br />date initiated, RFQ date, quote date, initial cost, final cost, change order number, and <br />ball -in -court.
