Councilman Ruskin advised that City and County staffs had been working on the <br /> Middlefield RoadIDouglas Avenue Traffic Signal Modification Project for quite awhile in <br /> response to the concerns of businesses in the area over the possible loss of parking spaces <br /> due to the proposed signalization plan. Councilman Ruskin thanked Supervisor Barrales, <br /> the Board of Supervisors, City staff and Community Development Director Nelson for <br /> their hard work on this project which resulted in adding twelve more parking spaces to the <br /> original design.
