► Review site development submittals and shop drawings related to the design scope of <br /> work. <br /> ► During construction, we shall make up to three(3) site visits to review the progress and <br /> quality of construction and to determine, in general, whether the project is progressing <br /> according to the design intent and construction documents. <br /> ► Participate in final inspection and assist with developing a final"punch list"of <br /> deficiencies, if requested by Redwood City. <br /> ► Prepare record drawings in AutoCAD format on Mylar of the Contractor's redline <br /> markups and Consultant field review. <br /> ❖ Deliverables:Addenda in.pdf format; <br /> Comments on submittals;and <br /> Record drawings in Mylar and.dwg and.pdf formats. <br /> Task 8: Traffic Siqnal Upqrade at Hudson/JefFerson Intersection Desiqn <br /> Consultant shall prepare traffic signal modification plans for the full upgrade of all the <br /> traffic signal poles at the intersection of Hudson Street and Jefferson Avenue. <br /> Consultant shall show a removal plan illustrating the poles being removed and salvaged <br /> on a 1"=50' scale insert within the signal layout plan, which is at a 1"=20' scale. The <br /> signal plan layout shall show new signal poles being installed and any new signal <br /> equipment added onto the new poles and any cabinets being upgraded, if needed. <br /> Consultant shall coordinate with PG&E for a disconnect/reconnect application if the <br /> service cabinet is upgraded. The submittal rounds for review shall be the same as the <br /> review rounds for tasks 2 through 4. <br /> Task 8.1 Bidding and Construction Support Services <br /> Consultant shall provide the following assistance during bidding pertaining to this task: <br /> ► Review and respond to inquiries by Contractors during bidding via email to the City <br /> ► Prepare addendums to the plans and specs prepared by Consultant in electronic copy <br /> .pdf format <br /> Consultant shall provide the following assistance during construction for this task: <br /> ► Assist contractor with plan interpretation during construction. <br /> ► Prepare minor addendums to clarify plan intent. <br /> ► Review up to 10 site development submittals and shop drawings related to the design <br /> scope of work. <br /> ► Participate in final inspection and assist with developing a final"punch IisY'of <br /> deficiencies, if requested by RWC. <br /> ► Prepare record drawings in AutoCAD format on Mylar of the Contractor's redline <br /> markups and Consultant field review. <br /> d• Deliverables:Addendums in.pdf format; <br /> Comments on submittals;and <br /> Record drawings in Mylar and.dwg and.pdf format. <br /> REV:04-11-14 VR <br /> Page 17 of 20 <br /> ATTY/AG R.2014.053/TJ KM_175742 <br />
