__ _ .._:. .�.. �en�.��.�.v�w�...�.�� � <br /> 1.06 DRAWINGS ON SITE <br /> A complete set of Plans and Specifications shall be kept continuously at the site. Copies of all change <br /> orders, letters, extra work orders shall be kept on the job at all times, and shall be available for inspection. <br /> 1.07 RECORDS <br /> A. Contractor shall keep accurate, detailed records of the type, character and extent of all work <br /> accomplished and time spent in the performance of each type of work and shall, upon request,furnish the <br /> Engineer with any information from these records, including the accumulative totals. <br /> B. Contractor shall submit to the City prior to final acceptance all as-built drawings, guarantees, <br /> maintenance and repair manuals as required. <br /> 1.08 PARTIAL ACCEPTANCE AND OCCUPANCY <br /> A. Partial acceptance of completed work may be considered at the discretion of the Engineer. <br /> B. The City shall have the right to occupy and use in any manner any or all portions of completed work <br /> which has been accepted. <br /> 1.09 FINAL INSPECTION <br /> A. At least four (4) working-days-notice shall be given to the Engineer that the project is ready for final <br /> inspection, that the Contractor has carefully inspected all portions of the work and that all conditions of <br /> the Contract Section have been fulfilled. <br /> B. Upon acceptance of notice that the work is ready for final inspection, the Engineer together with the <br /> Contractor, shall promptly make a joint inspection of the work and note deficiencies, if any. If there are no <br /> deficiencies, or when noted deficiencies, have been corrected and Engineer finds the work acceptable <br /> then the Contract is fully performed. <br /> 1.10 ORDER OF WORK <br /> The contractor's schedule shall indicate the order of his work and the time period required in each area. <br /> 1.11 DAMAGE <br /> Damage to existing structures, facilities, utilities, trees, lawns, shrubs, pavements, or other property <br /> caused by the Contractor shall be restored to original condition at the Contractor's expense, prior to final <br /> inspection and acceptance. <br /> 1.12 STAGING AREA, USE OF CITY STREETS, EMPLOYEE PARKING <br /> A. Material storage shall be limited at the construction site to what is needed for two days construction. <br /> B. Contractor shall be responsible for making his own arrangements, for storing excess material and <br /> equipment at an approved storage yard off the City streets. <br /> C. Construction equipment may be stored on the street, but must be moved every two days (48 hours) as <br /> construction progresses. <br /> D.
