The contract unit price for installing SIGN POST shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, <br /> materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for performing all the work necessary to supply and install <br /> sign posts in accordance with City Standard Engineering Detail T-4, including, but not limited to installing <br /> post, sleeve, anchor, concrete foundation, and any other miscellaneous necessary components, at the <br /> locations shown on the plans, and as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> B. Full compensation for concrete post foundations shall be included in the contract unit price for sign posts <br /> and shall include, but not be limited to layout, underground utility investigations/USA markings, <br /> excavation, removal and disposal of excavated materials, and concrete, and no additional compensation <br /> will be allowed therefore. <br /> C. Payment will be made on the basis of the actual quantity of sign posts installed. Contractor and City <br /> Inspector will measure and record installed quantities for basis of payment. <br /> D. Full compensation for all additional materials and labor, not shown on the plans or specified, which are <br /> necessary to complete the installations shall be considered as included in the contract unit prices paid for <br /> sign posts, and no additional compensation will be allowed therefore. <br /> 1.07 PARKING METER POST(BID ITEM NO. 31) <br /> A. The contract unit price for installing PARKING METER POST shall include full compensation for <br /> furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals for performing all the work necessary to <br /> supply and install parking meter posts in accordance with City Standard Engineering Detail T-8, including, <br /> but not limited to layout, underground utility investigations, excavation, disposal of excavated materials, <br /> concrete foundation, and setting posts at the locations shown on the plans, and as directed by the City <br /> Engineer. <br /> B.
